These Terms of Service govern your use of the Dawnboard application and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Dawnboard, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Dawnboard is provided for personal and organizational use. You may use it to create and display dashboards on your Apple devices.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the application.

3. Third-Party Services

Dawnboard relies on third-party services including Apple iCloud and the National Weather Service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these services. Changes or outages to third-party services may affect Dawnboard’s functionality, and we are not liable for any resulting disruption or data loss.

4. Data and Storage

Your data is stored in your private iCloud account. We do not maintain backups of your data and are not responsible for any data loss resulting from iCloud issues, device failure, or account problems.

5. No Warranty

Dawnboard is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of Dawnboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the application, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

7. Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Dawnboard at any time, with or without notice, and without liability.

8. Age Requirement

Dawnboard is not directed at children under 13. By using the app, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
